First, We use the new Dart lil m sportsman block, Chuck it up in the RMC V 40 CNC machining center and probe the block for all of its exisiting points with reference to the original blueprint specs. Then we machine the block to the blueprint specs using the cnc machine, boring exactly @ 45* from crankshaft/camshaft centerline, mill the decks square and flat to a determined deck height for your application, again, exactly @ 45* from perpendicular, straight, flat, square, and equal. NOBODY IS DOING IT BETTER THAN THIS... AT ANY PRICE, LET ALONE THIS PRICE. Then on stroker applications, we will cnc stroker clearance the pan rails for proper clearance and reduced windage, these cuts are equal depth and equal ditance to the crankshaft to avoid issues with " almost all of them didn't hit the panrail", syndrome. This saves multiple assembly attempts due to not getting it enough the first time. These are only a few of the really cool things that we do to these shortblocks to make them the best piece on the market, and the best value also. Yes, the CNC is extremely fast, accurate, and it doesn't take 30 minute bathroom breaks, lol.

The combo priced on this listing is out base shortblock: any srp piston for sbc, either 5.7" or 6" eagle 3d esp h beam rods, and eagle 4340 crank any stroke to fit the pistons selected, up to 3.80", any bore that srp has in their pistons, you can have here. no extra charge.
