Our 304 Stainless Steel Merge Collectors are Built using 18 gauge tubing bent on a 15 degree convergant angle, Machine cut to form a pyramid inside, then completly Tig welded inside and out. The Merge Throat of the Collector is then swedged to size needed for your application then fully duburred inside for maximum exhaust flow. The outlet diffuser is then chosen, sized then tig welded on the merge collector body.

We take into Careful Consideration the HP and Powerband Width of your Engine, Engine Specs, and Your Race Car Specs to Build Your Merge Collectors. We use Computer Technology, Dyno Data, Track Testing, and Hundreds and Hundreds of Previous Customers Data to build a Merge Collector for your Engine that Will Accelerate your Race Car Faster. If You or Your Engine Builder has a Collector Design that you would like built, We are Happy to build them to your Specifications.


Stainless Steel 18 gauge Merge Collectors , ready to install on your existing headers which are custom built for your Application. Collector Tabs are Sold Seperatly and are available in various styles. Pan Evacuation Tubes and O2 Sensor Weldments can be added at an additional charge. We have all Sizes of 4 into 1 Merge Collectors on Sale from 1 3/4" at $423.00 to 2 1/2" at $459.00 per pair.
